WEEKENDEDITION Donald Trump has emerged victorious from a $40 million court battle with Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. In true Trump fashion, the developer took to twitter following the Manhattan Supreme Court judge’s ruling, calling Schneiderman as a “lightweight” who “just got his ass kicked.”

Schneiderman had taken Trump to court for allegedly ripping off students in a real-estate school scam. But, Trump’s troubles may not be over yet.

Justice Cynthia Kern’s ruling dismissed claims that Trump broke education law by calling his unlicensed, unaccredited, for-profit school Trump University. Trump changed the name of the since-shuttered school to the Trump Entrepreneur Initiative in 2010 following a state Education Department complaint, according to the New York Post.

However, the judge also agreed to allow Schneiderman to continue his fight to block Trump from reopening the school. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
