Residential brokerage Bond New York is expanding with a new office at the Feil Organization’s 853 Broadway in Union Square.
The firm signed a 10.5-year lease for a gutted 8,000-square-foot space near 14th Street. About 100 Agents From The 250 Mercer Street office and 50 more agents will work there. The space is almost double the size of the Greenwich Village spot, which Bond will be vacating in May.
Meanwhile, in the Tribeca office at 25 Hudson Street, Veronica Raehse – formerly of Coldwell Banker Bellmarc — was hired to serve as sales manager, the brokerage also announced today.
An automobile ran over the sidewalk and slammed into the front window of Bond’s Upper East Side office at 1500 Second Avenue, as previously reported. — Mark Maurer
