Music industry legend Janet Jackson is seeking a tenant for her three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom pad at Trump International.
The singer listed the 1 Central Park West spread for rent, asking $35,000 a month, on Monday, according to a listing spotted by The Real Deal on StreetEasy. The property is being marketed by Kyle Blackmon and John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens.
Jackson’s Puffy Trust bought the 2,093-square-foot apartment in 1998, records show. Her manager, Jaime Mendoza, is listed as a trustee. It was not clear how much Jackson paid for the apartment.
A representative for Jackson was not immediately available for comment. Burger declined to comment.
The 34th-floor property has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Central Park and is available furnished or unfurnished, according to the listing. Residents of Trump International also have access to the building’s hotel facilities, including a health club with spa services, 24-hour room service from restaurant Jean Georges downstairs, maid service and valet service.
Jackson recently married her third husband, Qatari billionaire Wissam Al Mana. The couple has reportedly been looking to adopt a child.
