Sunset Park, Brooklyn’s Liberty View Industrial Plaza, on the cusp of finishing a $100 million renovation, is on the hunt for industrial and tech tenants to fill 1.3 million square feet of space.

The hulking eight-story building sits at 850 3rd Avenue. The building got a new central HVAC system, new passenger and fully-automated freight elevators and energy-efficient windows and lighting, according to Brownstoner. With an eye on tech-savvy occupants, the property will also be outfitted with FIOS fiber-optic internet, broadband and cable.

Jeff Unger of Kalmon Dolgin is co-exclusively marketing the property, along with Jordan Gosin and Howard Kesseler of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Constructed in the 1920s, the spot boasts the largest floor plate in Brooklyn at 160,000 square feet, according to Brownstoner. Each floor features 12-foot ceilings, warehouse windows and the eighth floor boasts skylights, according to the blog. The building is also to house the world’s largest rooftop garden, which BrightFarms will use to grow 1 million pounds of organic produce on an annual basis, according to previous reports.
