The now block-through development at 991 Eastern Parkway, formerly church property, would hold 27 units total – either rentals or condominiums. Boaz Gilad of Brookland filed permits in November to expand the church structure from three stories to six stories, with 17 units. Issac & Stern Architects is designing the buildings, which will also have frontage on Lincoln Place.

Brookland has also been busy in Bedford-Stuyvesant, recently acquiring a site to build an eight-story residential property, as previously reported. [BuzzBuzzHome]Mark Maurer
