Actress and comedian Kristen Wiig is parting ways with her two-bedroom loft in Soho, for an asking price of nearly $2.6 million.
The former “Saturday Night Live” star snagged the co-op loft at 476 Broadway back in 2009 for $1.5 million. The apartment boasts 11.5-foot ceilings, multiple closets, a bathroom with a rain shower and cast-iron tub, according to the listing. Alan Taylor, who directed, among other things, “Thor: The Dark World” and numberous episodes of “Mad Men” and “The Sopranos,” was the previous owner.
Jeffrey Harris of the Corcoran Group has the listing. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
