Funny lady Kristin Wiig’s two-bedroom Soho co-op is in contract after a mere 14 days on the market, according to StreetEasy.
Wiig listed the unit on Feb. 20 with the Corcoran Group’s Jeffrey Harris, who declined to comment on the sale. Whether the buyer agreed to the full $2.59 million asking price was not immediately clear.
Previously home to director Alan Taylor, Wiig purchased the loft-style pad at 476 Broadway in 2009 for $1.5 million, according to earlier reports. — Julie Strickland
