Full-floor condos list together for $37M in Gramercy Park
Zeckendorf's 18 Gramercy units have integration potential
Two entire floors of a luxury condominium building in Gramercy Park hit the market for $37.65 million.
Gina Reidinger is marketing the two-condo combo — for landlord Zeckendorf Development — on the 15th and 16th floors of 18 Gramercy Park, between East 19th and East 20th streets, according to StreetEasy.
The 16th floor is also listed separately for $18.9 million, Curbed reported.
The high ask isn’t surprising, since the building was ranked the highest-priced new project last year with units averaging more than $4,000 per square foot, as The Real Deal previously reported.
Designed by Robert A.M. Stern, each unit is 4,207 square feet and four bedrooms. The duplex is being branded as a “customizable” home that features a total of 68 windows, offering panoramic views of the New York City skyline. Residents of the building have access to a spa and fitness center, pet grooming room, and a rooftop library, club room and terraces, according to the listing. [Curbed] — Angela Hunt
