WEEKENDEDITION Emmut Properties is gearing up to convert an existing residential building in East Harlem.

The firm, which recently generated buzz after selling a Harlem church to developers for $16.5 million and setting a price per square foot record for the area, has filed permits with the city to add five stories to the building, according to Buzzbuzzhome.
