Co-developers the Rudin family and Eyal Ofer of Global Holdings have released new renderings of their new Greenwich Lane complex, once the home of St. Vincent’s Hospital in the West Village.

The foundation for the largest of the five condominium buildings coming to 155 West 11th Street off of Seventh Avenue is now under construction, New York YIMBY reported. The developers demolished the hospital last year and are gutting other buildings on the site along West 12th Street where FXFOWLE is designing 200 new condominiums.
