Ex-New York Ranger Eric Lindros lists condo for nearly $7M
Former NHL star joins Oliver Stone, Olsen twins, Amy Poehler in leaving 1 Morton Square
The latest in a series of celebrity residents to list condominium units at 1 Morton Square is former New York Rangers center and all-star hockey player Eric Lindros.
Lindros is asking $6.75 million for his three-bedroom, 2,191-square-foot pad, which he bought while playing for the Rangers in 2004 for $2.5 million. The unit boasts a nearly 500-square-foot private roof terrace, wide plank hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a straight staircase leading to The Private Terrace’s cabana room.
Brown Harris Stevens’ John Edwards has the listing.
Lindros’ departure follows in the footsteps of director Oliver Stone, who listed his 1 Morton Square pad for $2.9 million in February, the Olsen twins, who sold their penthouse in 2010 and Amy Poehler and Will Arnett, who moved out of the building in 2007. “Harry Potter” Daniel Radcliffe is, however, reportedly staying put for now.
