The late Philip Seymour Hoffman’s West Village condominium is on the market.

The fourth-floor two-bedroom unit in the Pickwick House at 35 Bethune Street, a former printing plant that was converted into condominiums in 1984, is the location where the Oscar-winning actor died last month. Hoffman reportedly lived in the home until last fall, and paid $9,995 per month in rent at the time.
