WEEKENDEDITION A real estate deal gone sour between a Manhattan public relations executive and a comedian is no laughing matter. According to a new Manhattan civil lawsuit, comedian Ari Teman allegedly emailed Winner Communications chief Martin Feinberg’s wife, outing his philandering ways as payback.

At the end of last year, Teman “sought purchasers” for a five-story building Feinberg owns at 37 Union Square West, even bringing him an offer, despite not having a real estate license.

According to the New York Post, Feinberg told Teman to stop marketing the building, which has an estimated value of $10.5 million, and the incensed comedian retaliated by firing off an email to his wife.

“You may or may not know your husband cheats on you, taking a woman to Atlantic City (and giving her money),” Teman wrote, according to court documents.

Teman also revealed that Feinberg is $38 million in debt. In his defamation suit, Feinberg denied the debt, but not the affair.

Teman has been in the news lately after he rented out his Seventh Avenue studio on Airbnb only to discover that an orgy, billed as “XXX FREAK FEST,” had taken place in his apartment.

“Unfortunately, as is all too common, when a person makes headlines that attention may attract meritless lawsuits. All of Martin Feinberg’s claims are legally baseless, and my attorney and I are confident they will be dismissed as such soon,” Teman said in a statement. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
