The condo was on the market for just one month

A three-bedroom condo at 15 Central Park West has sold for $24 million and was last week’s biggest deal.
No. 27C was on the market for just one month at $25 million before finding a buyer, according to the New York Times. The unit’s monthly carrying costs are $7,666.
The 2,761-square-foot condo features park views, 11-foot ceilings, marble baths and a 16-by-18-foot master suite. The unit had operated as an investment property and earned $38,000 a month as a rental.
