In the ever-changing plans for Urban Muse’s 347 Bowery, fresh permits have been filed for the latest version of planned luxury apartments on the site.

The new plans, which list Annabelle Selldorf as the architect of record, call for a structure spanning 22,751 square feet and split between 7,482 square feet of commercial space and 15,269 square feet of residential. Most likely to be condominiums, according to real estate blog New York YIMBY, there will be six units averaging 2,500 square feet each. The building will stretch 13 floors and 147 feet high.

No projected completion date has been slated as of yet, and revamped renderings have not yet been released. (The image here is an earlier version of the site’s design plans.)

Urban Muse, who purchased the site from Paris-based Louzon Hotel Group for $7.6 million in 2013, filed permits to demolish the former Salvation Army shelter building six months later. The residential project joins a flurry of activity in the area, such as the 178-room Ace Hotel at 225 Bowery and Gordon Lau’s converted and enlarged five-story apartment building at 169 Bowery.
