A long-stalled, 12-story Bed-Stuy rental tower is finally ready for tenants, after seven years of delays.
Just before nearing completion in 2010, the project, located at 333 Greene Avenue between Classon and Franklin, encountered financial troubles. It was ultimately turned over to a bank, after which it stagnated, according to Curbed.
Today, Bonjour Capital has completed the building and the first round of 56 apartments have hit the market. The building features one-, two- and three-bedrooms, and asking rents are $2,175, $2,800, and $3,975 respectively. The top floor penthouses have not yet listed. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
