Saturday Night Live alum and late-night TV star Jimmy Fallon is planning to expand his home into a condo above his duplex in a Gramercy Park apartment building.
The new host of “The Tonight Show” reportedly plans to renovate the four-bedroom penthouse at 34 Gramercy Park East, which was listed for $1.35 million with Warburg Realty’s Judith Thorn.
The space “needs work” but has skylights and park views, Zillow reported. Fallon also owns the apartments on the seventh and eighth floors and will combine them with his newest buy, according to Forbes.
The 45-unit doorman building is the oldest co-op in New York City, and the uppermost floor was once the servant’s quarters for the residents, according to the listing. In addition to the new digs, the comedian also snagged the title of “most desirable celebrity neighbor” from Zillow earlier this year. [Zillow] and [Forbes] — Angela Hunt
