The floor plan of the $79.5 million penthouse at Macklowe Properties and CIM Group’s 432 Park Avenue, which will take up the entire 92nd floor of the building, has been revealed.
The six-bedroom unit is situated in a circular pattern, with a living room, dining room, master and second bedroom in each of the home’s four corners. A private service corridor and elevator landing are located in the center, with the kitchen, baths, powder rooms and additional bedrooms in a circle around the edges.
Amenities include oak floors and cabinetry, marble baths and a wood-burning fireplace.
The apartment has a similar layout to the five-bedroom penthouse on the building’s 87th floor, which hit the market for $74.5 million and then disappeared a few days ago. The pricier pad presents the family room as a sixth bedroom and is 200-square-feet larger, according to the listings. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
