Kristin Thomas, the former sales director of Town Residential’s West Village office, has joined Trump International Realty as a senior sales agent, the Trump Organization announced this morning. Her resignation from Town comes on the heels of other big brokerage names, Clayton Orrigo and James Cox, departing the firm last month.

In her new role, Thomas will be named a building specialist for the Trump Parc and Trump Parc East properties located at 100 and 106 Central Park South, respectively. In 2010, Thomas co-founded Thomas and Ingram Real Estate — a boutique sales firm where she served as CEO. She later closed the business to take the job at Town.

“Joining Trump International Realty represents the culmination of my 10 years in the industry, with a platform and network capable of taking my career to full fruition,” Thomas said in a release announcing her new position. “Working with the Trump family has been a tremendous opportunity to expand and support the level of professionalism and service that defines my business.”

“Kristin is a consummate professional in the real estate industry and we wish her continued success at the Trump organization,” said Jeff Appel, Town’s President and COO, in a statement.

Last week, Town announced that it brought on Brown Harris Stevens managing director Shlomi Reuveni as a managing director of new development, as The Real Deal reported. His hiring came one month after brokerage owners Joseph Sitt and Andrew Heiberger reached a settlement in a legal spat over control of the firm.
