Union Square property gets historic clock in revamp
A new vintage-looking clock has been affixed outside 127 Fourth Ave. in Union Square as part of a re-branding effort for the apartment building.
The old-fashioned-looking clock is part of Mirador Properties’ plans to re-brand the Pan Am Equities’ 4,000-unit apartment portfolio.
In addition to marketing and leasing the properties, Mirador is overseeing the upscaling of said properties with Restoration Hardware fixtures, high-end appliances and upgraded lobbies.
The building is being branded as “True North.” The branding effort is dedicated to combining “Old New York design” with “modern technology and amenities.” [A Fine Blog] —TRD
