Stonehenge Partners and SL Green partnered on the $13 million purchase of a 99-year lease on the property in 2012. Renovations on the 73-year-old, 82,250-square-foot building included upgrades to the heating and electrical systems, corridors and windows, and elevators. The building was most recently used by St. Luke’s Hospital Center to house its staff, Curbed reported.

The rental units are being offered in studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations that range in price from $2,700 to $5,895. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, resident lounge, and bike storage. [Curbed]Sasha von Oldershausen
