Last TF Cornerstone Queens tower now renting
Building at 4610 Center Boulevard in Long Island City houses 584 units
The final tower in TF Cornerstone’s six-building Long Island City waterfront project has begun leasing, according to the developer. The 26-story rental building at 4610 Center Boulevard holds 584 units, ranging from one-bedrooms to three-bedrooms.
Leasing is being handled in-house. Prices will start at $2,200 for a studio and go up to $6,000 for a three-bedroom. Arquitectonica served as the architect of record, while Yabu Pushelberg handled interior design. The building features floor-to-ceiling windows, white cabinets and wood-strip floors.
Developers Tom and Fred Elghanayan paid $85 million for the 21-acre site about a decade ago. It was originally conceived as a seven-building site, But Rockrose Development Now Owns 4705 Center Boulevard, the first one built. The other properties — 4540, 4545, 4615 And 4720 Center Boulevard – are all fully leased. — Mark Maurer
