Five Star's Gary Segal grabs Ritz-Carlton Residences condo
Five Star Electric president Gary Segal snapped up the Ritz-Carlton Residences penthouse condominium in Battery Park City for $11.6 million.
The 10 West Street pad, originally listed in 2010 for $7.9 million, came off the market in 2011 and resurfaced in February asking $11.7 million. The 3,600-square-foot pad boasts a terrace, skyline views and media room and comes with full access to the hotel’s spa and other amenities, according to the listing.
Loren and JR Ridinger, who sold the unit, also snapped up a property at Jean Nouvel’s 100 Eleventh Avenue for $19.4 million in 2012. [NYP, 1st item] — Julie Strickland
