Fashion designer Derek Lam and partner Jan-Hendrik Schlottmann, also CEO of Derek Lam International, have unloaded their three-bedroom Soho loft for $5.25 million.
The 92 Greene Street pad listed for $6 million early last year with James Morgan and Carla Berens of the Corcoran Group, as The Real Deal reported at the time. Lam and Schlottmann purchased the property for $4.65 million in 2011, according to city records.
The triplex bad boasts keyed elevator access, 12-foot ceilings and a bronze-faced living room fireplace, and is located within walking distance to Lam’s corporate office at 10 Crosby Street.
Henry Josh Goldsmith purchased the unit, which is located in a building where pop star Rihanna also once lived, according to the New York Post. [NYP, 2nd item] — Julie Strickland
