The brother of slain Brooklyn landlord Menachem Stark is fighting to ensure that the two other suspects linked to the abduction and murder are charged.
“Nobody should get away! They should come to justice,” Joel Stark said Thursday after Kendel Felix was arraigned on kidnapping and murder charges in Brooklyn Criminal Court, according to the New York Post.
Felix confessed to the crime Wednesday, and also identified two alleged accomplices — a man that allegedly helped kidnap Stark and another who helped burn and dispose of his body.
Police brought in the two suspects for questioning, but the men did not implicate themselves sources told the Post.
“We want additional arrests, and I know [police] are working on it as we speak, but we want to make sure once these arrests happen, these individuals who committed this horrible act of violence, that they spend the rest of their life in jail,” Assemblyman Dov Hikind said. [NYP] – Christopher Cameron
