Sales are underway at Larry Silverstein’s 30 Park Place, and floor plans are making the rounds.
The two-bedroom units on the 40th through 63rd floors range in size from 1,434 to 1,775 square feet, and all feature enclosed kitchens and formal entertaining spaces, one potential resident told the Tribeca Citizen. Prices for the homes range from $3.65 million to $4.7 million, while one-bedroom units are expected to start around $2.5 million.
The property’s most expensive home, a duplex penthouse, will cost $60 million. An additional 11 penthouses will also be on offer, and the building will hold 157 condominium units in total between the 39th and 82nd floors.
The building’s lower half below the 40th floor will house a Four Seasons Hotel, and the residents above will be able to access amenities such as the three-lane pool, fitness center and spa. They will also have their own residers-only perks, including a screening room, yoga studio and a conservatory with a baby grand piano. [Tribeca Citizen] and [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
