Just ahead of his $3.2 billion deal for Beats Electronics with Apple, rapper Dr. Dre is picking up Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s $50 million mansion in California.
The exact closing price for the 14,000-square-foot Brentwood mansion is unclear. However, a source told the New York Post that Dre offered near $50 million.
“Dre put an offer on the mansion as soon as it came on the market, and is a few weeks away from closing,” the source said.
