Atlanta-based law firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell has picked up about 30,000 square feet at 1301 Sixth Avenue.

The firm, which will relocate to the former space of Dewey & LeBoeuf in September, inked a 10-year, 29,499-square-foot lease with the building’s landlord, Paramount Realty.
