Taconic Investment Partners, Ritterman Capital and the Clinton Housing Development Company have jointly filed plans for a 466,200-square-foot residential site in Hell’s Kitchen.
The ground-floor commercial space at 525 West 52nd Street, between 10th and 11th avenues, will cover more than 32,000 square feet. A total of 392 apartments will be housed in two properties, one of which rise 24 stories. Handel is serving as the architect.
Permits were previously filed for 533 West 52nd Street, which is already under construction. The project is expected to be complete by 2016. [NY Yimby] — Mark Maurer
