George Comfort & Sons, RCG Longview and DRA Advisors LLC signed a publishing company to 38,400 square feet at the 50-story tower, Worldwide Plaza.
M. Shanken Communications, which publishes Wine Spectator among other magazines, grabbed space in two separate parts of the building – the second and 33rd floor. The Tenant Will Leave 387 Park Avenue South and head to 350 West 50th Street as part of an 11-year lease.
Newmark Knight Grubb Frank brokers Jason Greenstein and David Falk represented M. Shanken, while Matt Coudert and Peter Duncan of George Comfort & Sons represented all three landlords in-house, the Wall Street Journal reported.
