Brooklyn’s most expensive apartment is now up for grabs.The 11,000 square foot penthouse at One Brooklyn Bridge Park is for sale for $32 million — the highest ever asking price for an apartment in the borough.
In 2010, the current owners — Parksite LLC — bought three units for a combined $6.01 million, public records show, and turned them into one sprawling apartment.
The current record for most expensive apartment sold in Brooklyn is held by 70 Willow Street, which went for $12.5 million in 2012.
The 14-room penthouse apartment includes six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two partial bathrooms, a home theater and a large private terrace. It also includes a 3,500-bottle wine room and an indoor climbing wall. [CurbedNY] – Claire Moses
