Highest Brooklyn residential tower 50 percent leased
Ninety units remain in 53-story building at 388 Bridge Street
Five months after hitting the market, half of the units at downtown Brooklyn’s 388 Bridge Street have now been leased.
Rising 590 feet, the 53-story building is the highest residential building in the borough.
Of the 378 units in the SLCE designed high rise, 234 are rentals and 144 are condominiums. According to a release from the Stahl Organization, the developer of the building, units are going at a rate of about one per day. At this point, 90 apartments remain, varying in size from 490 square feet to 1,166 square feet. Halstead Property Development Marketing is doing the exclusive marketing and leasing of the units.
Pricing ranges from $2,700 per month for a studio on the 20th floor to $6,290 for a two-bedroom apartment on a higher floor. The rental apartments are located on the seventh through the 31st floors.
Gregg Wolpert, co-president of the Stahl Organization, said in a statement that both young professionals and families have been attracted by 388 Bridge Street.
“From a rental perspective, the tower is attractive to prospective residents because it offers the opportunity to live in residences with quality, high-level condo finishes, upgraded appliances and spacious layouts,” Wolpert said in a release.
