Rental conversion of old Williamburg church begins leasing

Heritage Equity Partners’ church-to-rental conversion at 163 North 6th Street in Williamsburg is now leasing.

The first five of 40 total apartments are currently available at the site of a former 145-year-old St. Vincent De Paul Church. The site is now called Spire Lofts.

Rental prices range from $4,250 per month for a 1.5-bedroom unit to $5,500 per month for a two-bedroom with a balcony. Amenities include parking, a shared courtyard and a washer and dryer in each unit. [Curbed] — Mark Maurer
