Flatiron District-based Alfa Development has launched sales at its eight-story condominium project at 199 Mott Street in Nolita.
All 11 apartments have hit the market, and are either a two-bedroom or three-bedroom. The Corcoran Group is handling marketing. Prices start at $2.6 million for a 1,227-square-foot two-bedroom unit. Some of the three-bedrooms cover an entire floor. A 2,894-square-foot, three-bedroom unit with a 21-foot balcony is listed for $7.5 million.
