Lower Manhattan’s 51 Chambers has a new marketing team. The Chetrit Group has tapped the Marketing Directors to sell its residential conversion at the landmarked building.
Last year, the Chetrit Group paid $89 million for the 14-story Beaux Arts building, which will hit the market this fall, according to Buzzbuzzhome. The building will feature a mix of one- to four-bedroom condos.
The building was formerly home to the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank. At the time of the sale, nearly 30 percent of the commercial building was empty or used as storage. [Buzzbuzzhome] – Christopher Cameron
