Piano man Billy Joel slashed the asking price on his Sagaponack beach house down to a mere $19.95 million.
The four-bedroom, 5,550-square-foot oceanfront home at 9 Gibson Lane hit the market back in November for $23.5 million. Set on one acre, the home reportedly underwent renovations within the last five years and boasts terraces on both levels and a first-floor master with a fireplace. The spread also includes a separate studio annex and a two-car garage.
Originally built by the late actor Roy Schneider in 1994, Billy Joel bought the home in 2009.
