Ralph Nakash, who plunked down over $41 million for Miami’s Versace Mansion last year, now owns a relatively modest pad at 812 Fifth Avenue.
Nakash paid $6.9 million on the apartment, which was previously owned by real estate powerhouse Morton Olshan, who paid the same amount for the unit in 2012.
The three-bedroom home boasts a library and master bedroom facing Central Park.
Douglas Elliman’s Tavivian Sporn Team at Douglas Elliman represented Nakash, while Elliman’s Trudy Schlachter was the listing broker. [NYDN] — Julie Strickland
