A new residential tower is coming to 501 East 74th Street, on the corner of York Avenue, courtesy of Sky Management’s Benjamin Ohebshalom.
The architect on the 71,703-square-foot project is the Stephen B. Jacobs Group, according to permit filings with the Department of Buildings. The building is to ultimately stand 205 feet, holding 20 floors and 83 residences, as New York YIMBY reported. The DOB filings were approved last week, and construction fencing is already up.
The property already has a live website but no information, such as whether the properties will be condominium or rental units. No completion date has been announced. [New York YIMBY] — Julie Strickland
