New renderings from Raymond Chan Architect reveal a first glimpse at design and hotel operator Century Development Group’s mixed-use development in Queens.

The 205,350-square-foot property at 137-61 Northern Boulevard, scheduled for completion in 2017, will house a 116-room hotel operated by Aloft, a Starwood brand. Plans for the building also call for 91 condominiums, retail space and community facilities, New York YIMBY reported. The renderings show a mostly glass façade with outdoor terraces.
