Three contiguous condominium units at the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton in Battery Park City have hit the market all at once for a combined $118.5 million. Together, they are the priciest listing Downtown at the moment.
The owners are offering their homes – the top two floors at 10 West Street – as a 15,434-square-foot duplex with nearly 2,200 square feet in Total Terrace space. Nest Seekers International broker and “Million Dollar Listing” star Ryan Serhant is listing all three of them as one unit.
A five-bedroom, 7,600-square-foot duplex included in the listing was briefly on the market last year for $56.5 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.
In January, a penthouse there was listed for $23 million, as previously reported. [WSJ] — Mark Maurer
