The ex-wife of Seagram heir Charles Bronfman sold her three-bedroom co-op on the Upper West Side to the widow of Tony-winning “Man of La Mancha” composer Mitch Leigh for $4.8 million, according to property records filed with the city today.

Bonita Roche, who was married to Bronfman for three years until their 2011 divorce, owned the apartment at 27 West 67th Street for about year and a half. She paid $4.8 million for the unit, which features a landscaped roof deck and library, in December 2012.

Corcoran Group brokers Chris Kann, Robert Browne and Jennifer Ireland had the listing. They could not be immediately reached for comment.

Artist Abby Leigh, who resided at A Townhouse On East 68th Street and Park Avenue, was married to Mitch Leigh, who died in March at the age of 86. The composer, who also wrote the advertising jingle, “Nobody doesn’t like Sara Lee,” got involved in property development late in his life. At the time of his death, the composer-turned-developer was working on an 1,000-acre residential complex with a hotel, movie theater and retail in Jackson Township, N.J. The project, Jackson Twenty-One, is expected to proceed in his wake.

In February, Charles Bronfman sold a 13-room co-op unit at 810 Fifth Avenue, near East 62nd Street, for $19 million, as previously reported. He bought it with Roche for $21 million in 2010.

The penthouse co-op at 960 Fifth Avenue belonging to Charles’ brother, the late Edgar Bronfman Sr., sold for $70 million to Egyptian billionaire Nassef Sawiris, as The Real Deal reported. It officially broke the record for the most expensive co-op ever sold in New York City.
