There has been a lot of buzz regarding the Stack, New York City’s first building made entirely of modular units. Now fresh photos are out, giving an inside look at the prefab homes.
In just 10 months, the 50-foot-wide, 150-foot-deep site at 4857 Broadway near the Cloisters came together. The 22-unit rental building, developed Jeffrey Brown and Kim Frank and designed by Gluck+, hit the market in May.
Studios start at $1,755 a month; one-bedrooms begin at $2,400; two-bedrooms are asking $2,850; and three-bedrooms are $3,990. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
