UPDATED 10:45 a.m., July 1: According to new renderings, Larry Silverstein’s New Proposed Development On West 41st Street will be one of the largest buildings in Manhattan.
If approved, the building at 520 West 41st Street will have 106 floors — a record for New York City — and stand 1,100 feet tall. Under the current plans, the development includes 300,000 square feet of retail space. The building will also include 175,000 square feet set aside for corporate apartments, as well as 1.14 million square feet of residential space.
The plan is to build 1,400 apartments, 280 of which will be affordable units.
