Demolition is complete at 45 East 22nd Street, the site of the future Ian Bruce Eichner-developed building in the Flatiron District.
The 60-story, 372,684-square-foot cantilevering tower, designed by Kohn Pederson Fox, will top off at 777 feet tall — a whole 152 feet taller than One Madison, New York YIMBY reported. The building will feature 83 condominium units that will range from one- to four-bedrooms. Prices of the units have not yet been disclosed.
Demolition of the structures that previously occupied the site occurred over the past few months.
The condominium tower is slated for completion in 2016. [NY YIMBY] — Sasha von Oldershausen
