Top five home sales in Brooklyn, Queens in June

Brooklyn Heights townhouse, LIC condo each rank as No. 1 in their boroughs

A three-story, two-family house in Brooklyn Heights that sold for $10.6 million was the largest residential deal in Brooklyn last month, according to PropertyShark.

The 19th-century home at 104 Willow Street spans 4,540 square feet. The second-priciest sale was also a three-story house in Brooklyn Heights, at 19 Monroe Place, that closed for $6.8 million. Next is a three-story Park Slope townhouse at 105 Lincoln Place that sold for $4.4 million, according to PropertyShark.

The fourth-priciest sale in Brooklyn was a 2,257-square-foot condominium unit at Love Lane Mews’ 9 College Place in Brooklyn Heights for $4.3 million. Finally, a three-story brick house at 619 3rd Street in Park Slope changed hands for $4.2 million.

In Queens, a 1,842-square-foot condominium unit at the View at East Coast at 46-30 Center Boulevard in Long Island City sold for $3.4 million, making it the borough’s biggest residential sale in June. Next was a two-and-a-half-story house at 139-20 34th Avenue in Flushing.

A two-story house at 29-49 218th Street in Bayside sold for $1.7 million. A two-and-a-half-story property at 71-48 Harrow Street in Forest Hills for $1.61 million. Lastly was a detached, two-and-a-half-story house at 28-26 215th Street in Flushing that changed hands for $1.6 million, records show.
