A six-story mansion at 247 Central Park West is now available for $65,000 a month. Ukranian businessman Igor Iankovsky bought the house, built in 1887, for a discounted $22.4 million last year before almost immediately re-listing it for $37 million.
Earlier Iankovsky tried asking $110,000 a month for the mansion, which was once owned by Walt Disney’s niece. As of now, the asking price for the full house is down to $29.95 million. [Curbed] –– Claire Moses
