Two Trees Management unveiled a new set of renderings offering a more detailed look at the proposed BAM South project at 286 Ashland Place in Brooklyn.
The 32-story building would hold 384 apartments – 20 percent of them affordable – and nearly 22,000 square feet of retail space. There will be also be roughly 45,000 square feet of cultural event space, plus an extensive outdoor area. Architects Ismael Leyva and Enrique Norten are handling design. Grain Collective provided the new renderings.
