Lexington Hill Condos

Lexington Hill Condominiums at 1635 Lexington Avenue, near East 103rd Street, is a new residential building catering to middle-income homebuyers. The SUNSUN Development Group residence, once called the Glass Spire Building, rises eight stories and has 42 units. The project hit the market in October 2012; at press time 13 apartments, eight two-bedrooms and five one-bedrooms, were available. The least-expensive unit is asking $698,000 — up from $588,000 in 2012, when it was first listed. The priciest apartment, a two-bedroom, is asking $1.1 million. The apartments have 10-foot ceilings, a balcony, parquet flooring, quartz countertops and a dishwasher. The Gilman Architects-designed building features an aluminum and glass facade, an elevator and a virtual doorman. A Super Fi Emporium supermarket is located on the ground floor.
