64-story Ian Bruce Eichner tower to house 83 units
Sales to launch in the fall, occupancy will begin in the fall of 2016
It’s time to take a look at Ian Bruce Eichner’s new development at East 22nd Street. The Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates-designed building will be 64 stories and 777 feet tall, offering a 360-degree view of the Manhattan skyline. The building will be divided over 83 units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments.
The original structure at the site was demolished earlier this month. Eichner bought the Flatiron site in May 2013 for $100 million.
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling marketing and sales for Eichner’s The Continuum Company. Sales will launch in the fall and occupancy will begin two years later, in the fall of 2016. — Claire Moses
