Walker Tower is a 24-story, 50-unit condo conversion at 212 West 18th Street. The building set a price record for downtown Manhattan when a penthouse unit sold there for $50.9 million. The project by JDS Development and Property Markets Group began sales in the summer of 2012. The Art Deco building was initially built in 1929 by architect Ralph Walker.
